Most of our manufacturing involves, but is not limited to, the following types of processing:

- Injection Molding: 1oz. to 105oz (1200 tons), virtually no limit on capacity.

- Blow Molding: A maximum of 3kg (80cm). Tooling time 30 days.No limit on capacity.

- Rotary Molding: Can offer many types including multi-color or large shoe insole type. Tooling time 45 days. No limit on capacity.

- Die Casting: Maximum 1200 tons. Tooling time 45 days. No limit on capacity. Can offer many types including aluminum, zinc, sewing machines, etc. Can also offer secondary processing.

- Other types of processing we use on a regular basis: heat sealing (high frequency welding), arch welding, Co2 welding, tube extrusion and bending, cut & sew, etc.

- Materials we work with on a regular basis include: rubber, plastic, nylon compounds, steel, aluminum, machined parts, PVC, open and closed cell foam, neoprene, elastic, cotton, polyester, nylon webbing....and the list goes on.
